Our story


With all the modern and proprietary helpdesk systems existing in the market, we wanted to revamp the ERPNext Support module and create an alternative for all the SaaS platforms.

With Frappe Framework at the core, we had a head-start as 60% of the functionalities already existed and we just needed them to improve the UX for better adoption. With a customer-centric design approach, we’re making it easier for organizations to provide service to their customers.

We’re in the process of creating Frappe Desk for the high-growth startups and enterprises that want to do right by their agents and customers. We believe that great customer service is a powerful marketing tool and helps organizations stand out from the competition.

A passionate and energetic individual from Kerala who enjoys exploring and building new things, He has been part of multiple homegrown startups in his college days, including a retail automation platform and a game development company, and a lot in between. Loves cycling and goes for long weekend rides
